| Features role | Tebufenozide is one of the ecdysone agonist which acts by binding to the receptor site of the insect molting hormone, ecdysone (20-hydroxy molting hormone). When insects eat leaves sprayed with tebufenozide, six to eight hours latter they will stop eating, two or three days latter they will lose of water and die. |
